SOS 327 — Sustainable Global Food Systems

Examines the structure and sustainability challenges of global food systems through the indicators used to track progress and inform policy — and what those measurements can and can’t tell us.

SFS 565 — Research and Analysis Methods

A practicum in research design, methods, and ethics for food systems work, built around a client-partnered project; the first semester of the two-semester Master’s capstone, continuing in SFS 566.

SFS 566 — Applied Research Project

Supervises and mentors students through their group capstone project with a client partner, continuing from SFS 565.
