SOS 327 — Sustainable Global Food Systems

Examines the structure and sustainability challenges of global food systems through the indicators used to track progress and inform policy. Builds skills working with quantitative indicators in the context of sustainability dilemmas and tradeoffs.

SFS 565 — Research and Analysis Methods

A practicum in research design, methods, and ethics for food systems work, built around a client-partnered project. Teaches fundamental research method skills as the first in the 2-course group capstone sequence for MS in Sustainable Food Systems students, continuing in SFS 566.

SFS 566 — Applied Research Project

Supervises and mentors students through their group capstone project execution with a client partner, continuing from SFS 565.
